About Me
I help your impact match your intention, especially in high stakes conversations.
For the past seven years, I’ve helped professionals communicate with greater authority, clarity and influence, working with leading UK communication coaching providers, in banking, private equity, the UK government, management consulting and engineering.
My work has taken me across the UK, Europe & The Middle East with clients including HSBC, The UK Department of International Trade, GE Energy Power Conversion, Alix Partners, HMRC, Clariant, Fidelity, Atkins LTD, Skanska, Siemens Mobility & The Qatari Investment Authority.
I completed 90 hours coach education through Coach Academy Canada and, as of Autumn 2026, I am working towards my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Nearly there !
Originally from Ireland, I moved to Canada from London with my wife and son in March 2025.
I hold a B.A.(Hons) in English and History from University College Cork, Ireland and I trained as an Actor at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), London, from 1998-2001. I have worked extensively in TV, Theatre, Film & Voiceover.
